A Toronto floral studio with deep roots
For over 30 years, Demarco-Perpich Fine Flowers has been part of Toronto’s floral landscape.
Originally established in the Rosedale area and now based at 1044 Queen Street West, our studio has grown through longstanding relationships with private clients, businesses, hotels and event partners across the city.
For the past decade, one of those relationships has been with Fairmont Royal York, where we work closely with the hotel team to create floral designs
throughout the property. What began as an ongoing floral partnership is now entering a new chapter: we will soon open a second Demarco-Perpich location inside the hotel.
Through all of that growth, what has remained constant is the way we approach flowers:
with attention, curiosity and respect for the material itself.
OUR APPROACH
Let the flowers and the space lead
We believe exceptional floral design begins with exceptional flowers. We work with premium blooms and seasonal materials, carefully selected for their quality, freshness and character.
Every design is considered in relation to its setting and occasion. From an intimate arrangement to a large-scale hotel installation or celebration, scale, proportion, colour and texture are thoughtfully balanced to create something distinctive for the space.
Our floral artists are drawn to remarkable materials: an architectural branch, an unusual variety, a beautiful movement or an unexpected combination of colour and texture. Rather than following a fixed formula, each piece is individually composed, allowing the natural character of the flowers to guide the design.
It is a highly personal approach to floral design, shaped by craftsmanship, premium materials and more than three decades of experience.
Built over time
Many of our client relationships have lasted years, and in some cases decades.
We value that continuity. Over time, we come to understand a client’s taste, the rhythm of a property and the way a space changes throughout the year. It allows the work to evolve while still feeling familiar and considered.
Our decade-long partnership with Fairmont Royal York is part of that story. From floral designs throughout the hotel to our upcoming location within the property, it reflects the kind of relationship we value most: collaborative, lasting and always evolving.

Our studio and flower shop at 1044 Queen Street West is where premium flowers arrive and every Demarco-Perpich design takes shape. With a selection that evolves with the seasons, there is always something new to discover.
And soon, Queen Street West will have company, with our second Demarco-Perpich location opening inside Fairmont Royal York.
