We source only the finest and freshest flowers, and our daily availability varies based on seasonality and product supply.
When you place an order through our website, we recreate your chosen design as faithfully as possible. However, some substitutions may be necessary based on availability. Our designers will use their discretion to ensure substitutions are in keeping with the overall style and colour palette of the arrangement.

Refunds & Customer Satisfaction
At Demarco Perpich, we take great pride in both our products and our service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or the quality of the flowers, please contact us as soon as the item is received, so we can make it right.
As our products are perishable, they are non-returnable under Shopify’s standard policy. However, we stand behind our work and handle all refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.

Returns for Non-Perishable Items
For non-perishable goods (e.g., giftware, vases, and accessories), our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- It must be in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required

- Gift cards are non-returnable
